Dr. Dalal Shahin Mahaiyuddin

Dr. Dalal Shahin Mahaiyuddin is a dedicated Professor in the Mental Health Nursing Department at P P Savani School of Nursing, P P Savani University, with 15 years of teaching experience. A proud alumnus of P P Savani University, she holds a PhD in Mental Health Nursing, an MSc from Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, and a B.Sc in Nursing from S N D T University, Mumbai. Her career includes working with the Ministry of Higher Education, Saudi Arabia, at Northern Border Government University. She has guided numerous undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, presented at national and international conferences, and published in peer-reviewed, Web of Science, and Scopus-indexed journals. An editor for several national and international journals and an active member of the University Ethical Committee and Quality Assurance Department, she also volunteers with multispecialty hospitals to provide continuing nursing education, promoting evidence-based practice. As an internal and external examiner for PhD students, she demonstrates a strong commitment to mental health nursing and the professional growth of her students.

Dr. Senthilnayaki Ramasubbu

Dr. Senthilnayaki Ramasubbu is currently working as a Nursing Officer at ESIC Medical College Hospital, K.K. Nagar, Chennai. She holds a Ph.D. in Nursing from Himalayan University, Arunachal Pradesh, a Master’s in Psychiatric Nursing from SRM College of Nursing, SRM University, and a master’s in counselling psychology from the University of Madras. Prof. Arul Vendhan Samuel

Prof. Arul Vendhan Samuel is an accomplished nursing academician with strong credentials in nursing education, clinical practice, and research. He holds a Master of Science in Nursing (2010) from Saveetha College of Nursing, Saveetha University, Chennai, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2004) from Sri Ramachandra College of Nursing, Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Nursing at BIU Bareilly, with a focus on advancing evidence-based practices. With over a decade of progressive academic and professional experience, he has contributed significantly to strengthening nursing education in India. He presently serves as the Principal and Professor at Glocal College of Nursing and Research Centre, Glocal University, where he provides academic leadership, oversees institutional development, and supports curriculum planning, faculty growth, and student mentorship.
