Prof. (Dr.) M. Raghavendran, is a distinguished nursing academician, researcher, and administrator with over 18 years of progressive experience in clinical practice, teaching, and institutional leadership. Holding a Ph.D. in Nursing along with advanced degrees in Medical-Surgical (Oncology) Nursing, Psychology, Sociology, and MBA in Hospital and Healthcare Management, he brings a rare interdisciplinary perspective to nursing education and healthcare management. He currently serves as Principal at Capital Academy of Nursing, Bhubaneswar, after holding key leadership roles including Professor and Vice Principal at reputed institutions across India. A prolific researcher with over 60 publications indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, UGC, and Google Scholar, he has presented 19 research papers, delivered keynote addresses, received the Best Research Paper Award at international conferences, and serves on editorial boards of prominent nursing journals. As a recognized research guide for B.Sc., P.B.B.Sc., and M.Sc. Ms. N. Grace Amitha

Ms. N. Grace Amitha, is R.N, R.M. M.Sc. Nursing is a dedicated nursing professional and Senior Tutor presently working at St. Stephen’s Hospital College of Nursing. She pursued her B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing from Rufaida College of Nursing, Jamia Hamdard University. With two years of clinical experience at AIIMS, New Delhi, and through unceasing quest for higher education, the author has strengthened both knowledge and vision by pursuing Masters degree in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Rufaida College of Nursing, Jamia Hamdard University. With 4.5 years of teaching experience, she offers a robust combination of clinical proficiency and academic distinction to the field of nursing education. She is appreciated for her student-centred approach, clarity in teaching, and commitment to nurturing competent and compassionate students. In recognition of her outstanding mentorship, she has received the Best Mentor Award. She is a contributor to 17th South Asian Edition, Myles Textbook for Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nursing and has published various research studies in national and international journals. Her areas of research interest include obstetrics and gynaecology, with a special focus on psychiatric aspects of maternal health. Mr. Chinju Verghese Kannanaickal B, is Professor and Head of the Department at SMT Mital Y Patel Mahila Nursing College, Atkot, Gujarat. He is completed BSc Nursing from Calicut University in 2008 and MSc in Medical Surgical Nursing (Cardiovascular and Thoracic Nursing) from Kerala University of Health Sciences in 2013. He is currently pursuing a PhD at Bharath University, Chennai, where he focused on research that seeks to advance evidence-based practice in nursing.With over 14 years of experience in teaching, he had the privilege of guiding nursing students through various aspects of healthcare, with a strong emphasis on research methodologies and statistics.
