Dr. Arun Singh Choudhary is Ph.D. (Nursing) is currently serving as the Head of the Department of Community Health Nursing at Pushpanjali College of Nursing, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. He completed his Ph.D. in Nursing in 2023 and obtained his M.Sc. in Nursing in 2015. With more than 11 years of teaching experience, he has been actively engaged in academic and research activities. Dr. Choudhary has been closely associated with several universities as an External and Internal Examiner for UG, PG, and Ph.D. programs, and he is also an active member of various professional bodies. He plays a significant role in national-level faculty development as the Uttar Pradesh State In-charge (Faculty Wing) of the All India Registered Nurses Federation. Throughout his career, he has worked in diverse professional nursing settings as a teacher, guide, board member, trainer, and project coordinator. His research articles have been published in many reputed national and international journals. He is deeply dedicated to the betterment of students and institutions, contributing tirelessly to the advancement of nursing education and practice.

Ms. Ankita Tripathi is working as an associate professor in maharaja agrasen nursing college Bahadurgar. Her total experience is 9 yr in community department. She conducted many research in village or hospital settings . During that period sge organized 2 national confrence and one workshops. She published many article also in IJCRT journal

Ms. Soumya Rajeswari Khuntia is an accomplished Community Health Nursing academician and public health professional. She completed her MSc in Community Health Nursing from Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University (MPMSU) and has consistently integrated academic excellence with field-based public health practice. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in Community Health Nursing and has contributed as a content contributor for Community Health Nursing I & II (1st Edition), published by Wolters Kluwer (Global Growth Market). She is a Certified NABH Coordinator & Consultant (5th Standards) with experience in health system strengthening and quality improvement initiatives. Her professional journey includes collaboration with Johns Hopkins University (JHU) and involvement in programs aligned with WHO-supported public health frameworks, particularly in immunization and RMNCHA+ strengthening. She is the holder of a Patent for an AI-enabled Smart IV Flow Regulator Device, designed to reduce nursing workload and enhance patient safety. She also holds a Copyright titled “Golden 1000 Days of a Mother and Baby’s Life.” Her research work is published in Scopus-indexed journals and UGC-CARE approved journals, reflecting her strong commitment to evidence-based nursing and academic scholarship. Her vision is to prepare competent, ethical, and socially responsible nurses who can lead transformative change in community and public health systems.
