Ms. Sulanka Digal

Ms. Sulanka Digal is M.Sc. (Child Health Nursing), is a dedicated nursing professional and academician with more than six years of experience in clinical practice and nursing education. She is currently working as an M.Sc. Tutor in the Department of Nursing at Sri Sri College of Nursing, Sri Sri University, where she has been actively involved in teaching, mentoring nursing students, and supporting both theoretical and clinical training for the past two years. Prior to her academic role, she worked as a Staff Nurse at SUM Ultimate Hospital, Bhubaneswar, where she gained valuable clinical experience in pediatric and general patient care. She also served as a Sister In-Charge in the Blood Bank at AMRI Hospital, Bhubaneswar, where she developed strong competencies in
transfusion services, laboratory procedures, and clinical coordination. Ms. Digal completed her B.Sc. Nursing from Utkal University and later specialized with a Master’s degree in Child Health Nursing. She has actively participated in national and state-level seminars related to nursing research, breastfeeding promotion, and adolescent health. She has also contributed to the academic and research field with publications indexed in Scopus and UGC-recognized journals, and holds a patent, reflecting her commitment to research, innovation, and advancement in nursing science.
