Dr. G. Raji is a distinguished nursing professional, academician, and administrator with over 19 years of extensive teaching experience in the field of nursing education. She holds a B.Sc. Nursing from KMCH College of Nursing, Coimbatore, an M.Sc. in Medical Surgical Nursing from Rani Meyammai College of Nursing, Annamalai University, and a Ph.D. in Nursing from Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation, Salem. Currently serving as the Principal of Sir Issac Newton College of Nursing, Nagapattinam, Dr. Raji has previously worked as a Professor and Associate Professor at Vinayaka Mission’s College of Nursing, Karaikal, and has also served as a Nursing Tutor and Staff Nurse in reputed institutions. A life member of the Trained Nurses Association of India, she has contributed significantly to academics as a university inspector, examiner for undergraduate and postgraduate programs, and research guide. She has serving as a external member for Research Advisory Committee in Vinayaka Mission’s research Foundation-DU, Salem She has organized numerous national and state-level conferences, workshops, and seminars, and has actively participated in academic and community health initiatives. Dr. Raji has published research articles in national and international journals and has presented papers in various scientific forums. Her areas of expertise include student counseling, academic coordination, and institutional quality enhancement, having served as a NAAC Criteria-1 Champion and in multiple academic committees.
