Mr. Vipin A, currently working as a Professor at Rama College of Nursing, Rama University, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. He has more than 16 years of teaching experience in the field of nursing education. He completed his B.Sc. Nursing from BGS College of Nursing, Mysuru, Karnataka, and obtained his M.Sc. Nursing from Holdsworth Memorial College of Nursing, Mys-uru, Karnataka. And his area of specialization is Child Health Nursing. He is currently pursuing Ph.D. from Malwanchal University, Madhya Pradesh. He has published more than 20+ research papers in various reputed journals in national and internationals and resource persons for national and International conferences. He has Published books like, sociology, mental health and professionalism for BSc Nursing students Among his achievements, he is a recipient of the Florence Nightingale Award, excellent teacher award, achievement award and a life member of the Trained Nurses’ Association of India (TNAI).

Dr. Shobhita K. Das, Ph.D (N),M.Sc (N),RN , is Professor, currently working at Shree Digamber Degree College of Nursing,Bharatpur, Rajasthan. She is a dedicated academician and researcher specializing in Child Health Nursing with over a decade of experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students. She has focused her career on fostering theoretical expertise and practice skills in her students. She holds a B.Sc Nursing degree from Shree Digamber Degree College of Nursing,Bharatpur, Rajasthan ,M.Sc Nursing from Dhanvantari College of Nursing,Erode, Tamilnadu and earned Ph.D in nursing from Himalayan University,Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. She is a frequent contributor to several nursing journal and has a lifetime membership in Trained Nurses Association of India.

Salini Mondal is a dedicated nursing academician specializing in Child Health Nursing. She currently serves as a Professor at the Jagannath Gupta Institute of Nursing Sciences, Kolkata, West Bengal. She completed her B.Sc. Nursing (2009–2013) from SUM Nursing College, Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar. She later obtained her M.Sc. Nursing (2014–2016) from the same institution.She is presently pursuing her Ph.D., reflecting her dedication to academic advancement and research excellence. With more than 11 years of experience in nursing education, she has developed strong expertise in teaching and mentoring students. Prof. Salini Mondal has been actively involved in guiding nursing students toward professional competence and clinical excellence. Her strong interest in research has resulted in the publication of several research papers and review articles. She has also contributed to patents and other scholarly academic works. In addition to her academic responsibilities, she serves as a Neonatal Resuscitation Programme (NRP) Trainer. She trains healthcare professionals and nursing students in essential newborn care and neonatal resuscitation techniques. She actively participates in Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) programs. She regularly attends workshops, seminars, and national as well as international conferences. Her professional dedication reflects a strong commitment to advancing nursing education and improving healthcare practices.

Ms. Sangeetha K. is an M.Sc. Nursing graduate specialized in Child Health Nursing, currently working as a Professor at Mariamman Nursing College, Trichy. She has more than 13 years of teaching experience in the field of nursing education. She completed her undergraduate studies at Dr. G. Sakunthala College of Nursing, Trichy, and her postgraduate degree at Sara Nursing College, both affiliated with Dr. M.G.R Medical University, Chennai. She has actively contributed to academic excel-lence through her participation in seminars and workshops. She has also presented a research paper at a state-level seminar, reflecting her interest in research and professional development. With a strong commitment to nursing education and child health care, she continues to inspire and guide students in both academic and clinical practices
