About The Authors

Lt. Versha Chauhan

Lt. Versha Chauhan is currently serving as a Military Nursing Officer in the Military Nursing Service (Indian Army) since August 2024. She completed her M.Sc. in Community Health Nursing from Rajkumari Amrit Kaur College of Nursing, New Delhi, and B.Sc. Nursing from Safdarjung Hospital, VMMC, New Delhi. She has professional experience as a Nursing Tutor at Salokaya College of Nursing, New Delhi, a Lecturer at Nightingale College of Nursing, and an Infection Control Nurse at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow. A life member of TNAI, she has actively participated in and organized various national and international conferences, workshops, and seminars. She has also published research papers in reputed journals. Her areas of interest include community health nursing, nursing education, research, and evidence-based practice, with a strong commitment to delivering quality healthcare and advancing the nursing profession.

Mrs. Supriya Baxla

Mrs. Supriya Baxla Associate Professor at Santosh College of Nursing, Ranchi, Jharkhand. Completed B.Sc Nursing from RIMS College of Nursing, Ranchi, Jharkhand. She has done her M.Sc. Nursing with specialization in Community Health Nursing from Shri Shankaracharya College of Nursing, Bhilai, C.G. She has over 10 years of teaching experience. Currently working as an Associate Professor in Santosh College of Nursing, Ranchi, Jharkhand. She has actively contributed to nursing education by conducting numerous workshops focusing on Tribal Health, Community Health, and Health Promotion. She has participated in various national and international conferences. She remains committed to advancing nursing education, research, and improving healthcare services for tribal communities.

Mr. Arun Hooda

Mr. Arun Hooda completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) from SGT University and subsequently obtained his Master of Science in Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing) with specialization in Community Health Nursing from SGT University. He is currently serving as a Nursing Officer in the Department of Health, Government of Haryana, where he has been dedicatedly contributing to patient care and healthcare services for the past four years. He possesses strong clinical expertise and is highly committed, sincere, and loyal towards his professional responsibilities. Mr. Arun Hooda has actively participated in various workshops, seminars, and academic activities, and has published several research papers in reputed national and international journals. He has also played a significant role in academic and professional development activities within the nursing field.
