Dr. Navdeep Singh is a distinguished nursing academic, healthcare leader, and multidisciplinary scholar. He serves as Principal of Indus College of Nursing, Khanda Kheri, Hansi, Haryana, where, since 2014, he has advanced nursing education and championed holistic, evidence-based practice. Dr. Singh holds a B.Sc. Nursing (CIMS, Dehradun), M.Sc. Nursing (Medical-Surgical Nursing), an M.Phil. in Psychology, and a Ph.D. He also holds dual masters degrees in Hospital Administration and Public Health, an MBA in Hospital Administration, an LLB from Sri Venkateshwara University, a Masters in Yoga and Naturopathy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Maternal and Child Health Care, and professional certifications including PGDCA, Tally, and BI. Dr. Sushmita Sil is a nursing academician, researcher, and administrator with over 20 years of experience in nursing education, clinical practice, research, and academic leadership. She is currently serving as the Principal of Hind Institute of medical sciences, safedabad, Barabanki . She holds a Ph.D. in Nursing and specializes in Mental Health (Psychiatric) Nursing. Dr. Sil has extensive experience in curriculum planning, faculty development, quality assurance, accreditation, and institutional administration. She has guided undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students in research and dissertation work. Her research interests include mental health nursing, nursing education, evidence-based practice, healthcare quality, and public health.
