Dr. Ritanjali Swain

Dr. Ritanjali Swain is a distinguished Tutor cum Midwifery Educator at, SCB College of Nursing, Cuttack, Odisha. With over 11 years of clinical practice and 14 years of teaching experience, she has dedicated her career to advancing nursing education, midwifery training, and womens health. Her academic journey spans premier institutions: GNM from V.S.S. MCH, Burla,Odisha, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from IGNOU,Kolkata, M.Sc. Nursing from MKCG College of Nursing, Berhampur,Odisha, Ph.D. in Nursing from Himalayan University, Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar. She is also a Master Trainer in Midwifery Education, certified by the Government of India in collaboration with the Fernandez Foundation, Hyderabad. Beyond her professional excellence, Dr. Swain is a published authoress and poetess, contributing to magazines, newspapers, and literary forums. Her creative voice has been recognized with the Sahitya Samman Award (2024) by the Gyanaprakash Parivaar, alongside memberships in esteemed organizations such as Odisha Lekhika Sansada, Sambad Sahitya Ghara, Research India Foundation and NIFFA. Dr. Rasmita Jena is a distinguished academic and practitioner in Community Health Nursing with 23 years of government service. She currently serves as Tutor cum ME at SCB College of Nursing, Cuttack, actively engaged in teaching, mentoring, and clinical training. She holds a PhD in Nursing from Himalayan University, along with advanced degrees from MKCG MCH College of Nursing, IGNOU, and MKCG MCH School of Nursing. Her career spans 11 years in clinical practice and 12 years in teaching, blending academic and practical expertise. She guides NPM trainees, undergraduate and postgraduate students, while serving as examiner, evaluator, and research mentor. With published research, national seminar participation, and dedication to student mentorship, she remains a vital contributor to nursing education in India.

Dr. Sucharita Dash

Dr. Sucharita Dash, M.Sc. (Nursing), Ph.D., is a distinguished academician specializing in Obstetric and Gynecological Nursing. She currently serves as Tutor-cum-Midwife Educator at SCB College of Nursing, Cuttack, under the ONES cadre. With over 24 years of professional experience, including 9 years in clinical practice and 15 years in nursing education, she has held roles as Staff Nurse, ICU Supervisor, Nurse Manager, and Nursing Faculty in reputed institutions. Dr. Dash has been instrumental in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students and training Nurse Practitioners in Midwifery (NPM). She has contributed to curriculum development, model examination questions, and the organization of workshops, seminars, and CNE programs. Her scholarly work includes presentations and publications at national and international forums. Recognized with prestigious awards such as the Gyanaprakash Swasthya Samman (2024), Shiksha Samman (2025), and the Outstanding Teacher Award from SCB College of Nursing, she continues to inspire excellence in nursing education.
