Dr. Yachana Parashar is a dedicated nursing educator, researcher, and academician with over 12 years of teaching experience in nursing education. She holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Obstetrical and Gynecological Nursing. Throughout her career, she has been committed to nurturing competent, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing professionals through excellence in teaching, clinical training, and research. Her academic interests include fundamentals of nursing, nursing education, womens health, adolescent health, patient safety, and evidence-based nursing practice. Dr. Anitha KC was former principal at Tirumala college of nursing Nizamabad Telangana. She completed her Bsc and MSc nursing from Christian medical college and hospital vellore Tamilnadu. She completed her PhD nursing from Himalayan university and post Doctoral fellowship in nursing research from GINRA foundation parul university Gujarat. She has over 29yrs of clinical. Dr. Aby Thankachan, Ph.D. (N), M.Sc. Nursing, PGDSH, RN, RM, is a nursing academician, researcher, author, and innovator with over 10 years of experience in nursing education. He is currently serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing at PPG College of Nursing, Coimbatore. He earned his Ph.D. in Nursing from Shri Jagdishprasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala University, Rajasthan, and his M.Sc. Nursing in Medical-Surgical Nursing (Cardiothoracic Nursing) from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai. He has guided numerous undergraduate and postgraduate nursing research projects and has published several research articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals. He serves on the editorial boards of several indexed nursing journals and has made significant contributions to nursing education through teaching, research, curriculum development, and academic administration. His academic accomplishments include Indian patents, copyrights, and international patent applications, reflecting his commitment to innovation in nursing practice and healthcare technology. He has served as a NAAC IQAC Coordinator, university examiner, question paper setter, inspection member, and organizer of national and international conferences. His areas of interest include Medical-Surgical Nursing, Nursing Research, Evidence-Based Practice, Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare, Nursing Education, and Healthcare Innovation. Through his publications, he aims to promote evidence-based practice and provide practical, comprehensive, and examination-oriented learning resources for nursing students, educators, researchers, and healthcare professionals.
