Mr. Parmanand Yadav, M.Sc. (Nursing), is currently serving as the Head of the Department of Medical Surgical Nursing at Rainbow Nursing College, Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh. He has been actively involved in academic, clinical, and research activities. Mr. Yadav has been closely associated with several universities as an External and Internal Examiner for UG programs. He is also an active member of various professional bodies. Throughout his professional career, he has worked in diverse nursing and educational settings as a teacher, guide, trainer and project coordinator. His research articles have been published in many reputed national and international journals. Dr. Aby Thankachan, Ph.D. (N), M.Sc. Nursing, PGDSH, RN, RM, is an academician, researcher, author, and innovator with over 10 years of experience in nursing education. He is currently serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing at PPG College of Nursing, Coimbatore. He earned his Ph.D. in Nursing from Shri Jagdishprasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala University, Rajasthan, and his M.Sc. Nursing from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai. He is the author of several nursing textbooks, including Fundamentals of Nursing, Nursing Research and Statistics, Pharmacology, and Pathology and Genetics. His academic contributions include numerous research publications, Indian patents, copyrights, and international patent applications. He serves on the editorial boards of indexed nursing journals and has held academic leadership roles as NAAC IQAC Coordinator, University Examiner, Question Paper Setter, Inspection Committee Member, and conference organizer. He has been honored as a World Research Fellow by the Universal World Research Innovation Centre, London, United Kingdom. Through his teaching, research, publications, and innovations, he is committed to advancing evidence-based nursing practice and excellence in healthcare education.

Ms. Surinder Kaur, M.Sc. Nursing (Medical-Surgical Nursing – Neurosciences), currently serving as an Associate Professor at Nightingale College of Nursing, Narangwal, Punjab. I completed my Master of Science in Nursing (Medical-Surgical Nursing – Neurosciences) under Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot, Punjab.With over 12 years of teaching experience in nursing education.I have published several research papers and scholarly articles in reputed national and international journals, contributing to the advancement of nursing education and research. I am a Life Member of the Trained Nurses Association of India (TNAI). serve as the Punjab State Spokesperson of the Nursing Teachers Association of India (NTAI), and am also a member of the All India Registered Nurses Federation (AIRNF). In recognition of my contributions to nursing education and the profession, I was honored with the Best Nursing Award 2023 by the (NTAI). As an educator and author, I am committed to making nursing education simple, practical, and evidence-based.
