Sushma Kumari is a highly accomplished nursing academic and mental health specialist whose career reflects excellence,dedication, and leadership. She completed her B.Sc. Nursing from Vivekananda College of Nursing, Moradabad (2013) and later pursued her M.Sc. Nursing from PPG College of Nursing, Coimbatore (2017), specialising in Mental Health Nursing. With over 10 years of extensive teaching experience, she has shaped the academic journey of many nursing students through her expertise, guidance, and compassionate mentoring. She currently serves as an Associate Professor and Head of the Mental Health Nursing Department at Santosh College of Nursing, where she plays a pivotal role in Academic, Clinical training supervision, Research and leadership.
