Ms. Sukhvinder Kaur is currently working as Vice Principal at Desh Bhagat University. She completed her GNM training from the Government School of Nursing, Patiala, and her Post Basic Nursing from Christian Medical College, Ludhiana. She obtained her postgraduate degree in Community Health Nursing from Baba Farid University of Medical Sciences and is presently pursuing her PhD from Desh Bhagat University, Mandi Gobindgarh. She has rich professional experience of 21 years in the clinical field and 13 years in teaching within the Government Sector. She is deeply committed to advancing nursing education and improving patient care. She has consistently contributed to academic excellence by guiding numerous BSc and Post Basic Nursing students in research and evidence-based practice. Over the years, she has published several research papers and articles in reputed journals and has presented her research at national conferences, where she was awarded first prize for her presentation. She has also organized national-level Faculty Development Program (FDP), reflecting her dedication to professional growth and academic development.

Ms. Preeti is a dedicated academic professional with over nine years of experience in nursing education. She currently serves as a Nursing Tutor and Ph.D. Scholar at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi College of Nursing, where she is recognized for her strong student rapport, research-oriented teaching, and effective classroom management. She has guided several undergraduate research projects and has published widely in national and international journals. Ms. Preeti has contributed chapters to esteemed nursing textbooks and holds positions on the editorial boards of reputed journals. A recipient of multiple honors—including the Best Nursing Teacher Award, Shiksha Ratna Samman, and Teacher Excellence Award—she continues to excel in advancing nursing education. Passionate about community health, student empowerment, and innovative pedagogical practices, she strives to uphold the dignity of the nursing profession and contribute meaningfully to institutional growth.
