Prof. Sushant Bhanudas Shinde is the Professor Cum Vice Principal and Head of Department (HOD) of Community Health Nursing of Vijaya College of Nursing, Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra with More than 15 Years of Teaching Experience at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. He has made significant contributions to Nursing and Allied health Sciences.He is also having Experience as a Coordinator and Departmental Representative in Quality Assurance Department under National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Health care Providers (NABH), He has Participated in and Organised Numerous Seminars, Workshops and Conferences at both Departmental and National Level. His Research contributions include Publications in National and International Journals. A Profile Researcher and Author, He has Presented and Published widely and Remains actively involved in Professional Nursing Communities.

Ms. Preeti is M.Sc Nursing in Community Health, currently working as a Lecturer at a Rural Nursing Training Institute. She has 3+ years of experience in academic and clinical settings, advancing nursing education and community healthcare (Program Officer - Nurse Mentoring & Capacity Building at The Antara Foundation, and Nurse Mentor at Christian Medical Association). completed M.Sc Nursing from College of Nursing, PGIMS, Rohtak, and B.Sc Nursing from Jamia Hamdard University. She guided nursing students in research and evidence-based practice. Published research articles and co-authored nursing materials. Presented papers at conferences, showcasing my commitment to scholarship. Actively engaged in community health initiatives and nursing education. Currently, she is an aspiring author, sharing healthcare insights through published works. Her focus is on impactful healthcare and nursing advancements. Mrs. Sangeetha J. is a passionate nursing professional and researcher with 21 years of dedicated experience in nursing education and clinical practice. She currently serves as Vice Principal at Padmashri Dr. Sivanthi Aditanar College of Nursing, Tiruchendur, Tamil Nadu. Her professional journey began as a Clinical Instructor and includes valuable experience at one of the largest public hospitals, KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Singapore, from 2003 to 2009. After completing her M.Sc. (N), she held various academic positions for 14 years in the Community Health Nursing Department. She demonstrates a strong passion for fostering a positive learning environment, promoting academic excellence, and supporting both students and staff. She has served as a convener and member of faculty and student development programmes. She has published review articles and research projects in TNNMC Nursing Journals and has presented scientific papers and posters at various national-level conferences
