Charru Jamwal is a nursing professional, academician, and researcher with over 13 years of experience in clinical practice and nursing education. She completed her BSc Nursing and MSc in Child Health Nursing from the Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Srinagar, a premier tertiary health and research centre in North India, and is currently pursuing her PhD in Nursing. Presently, she is working as a Senior Nursing Tutor at Government Nursing College, Jammu. She has published several research articles in peer-reviewed and indexed journals, including Scopus-indexed journals, and has presented numerous research papers at national and international conferences. She has also actively participated in various conferences, workshops, and academic forums. She is a member of professional bodies such as the Trained Nurses’ Association of India (TNAI) and the Academy of Hospital Administration (AHA), and serves on the examination panels of various NAAC A++ accredited universities. Through her clinical expertise, teaching experience, and research contributions, she continues to contribute to the advancement of nursing education and evidence-based practice.
