Prof. N. Sheelavathi, M.Sc (N), Ph.D, is currently serving as the Principal of Sri Shanmugha College of Nursing for Women. She completed her B.Sc Nursing from JKKM Sampoorani Ammal College of Nursing, pursued her M.Sc Nursing at the prestigious Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore, and earned her Ph.D.from The Tamilnadu Dr.M.G.R Medical University Chennai With over 21 years of academic and professional experience in nursing education, Prof. Sheelavathi is recognized for her leadership and contributions to the field. She holds a Ph.D. guideship under The Tamilnadu Dr.M.G.R Medical University Chennai and serves as a Contributory Editor for the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council (TNNMC) . She is also a life member of the Trained Nurses’ Association of India (TNAI) and Nursing Research Society of India.

Mrs. R. Vasanthaladevi, M.Sc (N), is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Sri Shanmugha College of Nursing for Women. She obtained her B.Sc. Nursing degree from Bangalore City College of Nursing under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, and completed her M.Sc. Nursing at Dhanvantri College of Nursing for Women, Pallakkapalayam, Namakkal. With over five years of academic and professional experience in nursing education, she is also a life member of the Trained Nurses’ Association of India (TNAI).

Mrs. M. Buvaneswari Rajamani, The beautiful thing about learning is that nobody can take it away from you. Mrs. M. Buvaneswari is an Assistant Professor at Dr. M.K.L. Nursing College, Orakkadu, Chennai. With more than 15 years of academic experience, she specializes in Community Health Nursing and has taught across other nursing disciplines. She served as a resource person in the pre-summit workshop conducted during Tamil Nadu Health Skills Summit 2025. She has attended various National and International conferences and workshops. She is a member of various nursing societies. She is an inspiring educator who encourages nursing students to become skilled and compassionate nursing professionals.
