Prof. OJ Shobana, is a seasoned nursing educator with nearly three decades of experience in the field of nursing education and administration. She has served for about 15 years as the Principal of a MNR college of Nursing and nearly 10 years as the Principal of a School of Nursing, dedicating most of her professional life to mentoring and guiding nursing students. Her commitment to education is reflected in the success of her students, many of whom are now working abroad and excelling in their professional careers. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from St. John’s College of Nursing, Bangalore, and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Nursing from Universal College of Nursing, Bangalore. With mental health as her area of specialization, she brings deep academic knowledge, rich clinical insight, and vast teaching experience to her writing. Prof. Anil Patrimath

Prof. Anil Patrimath, is a distinguished nursing academician and mental health professional. He holds BSc Nursing and MSc Psychiatric Nursing degrees from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru. He is currently serving as Principal of The Dr. V. P. Kanakaraddi Memorial College of Nursing, Mahalingpur, Karnataka. He has also completed PGDHHM and PGDMLS from Symbiosis University, Pune. He has extensive experience in nursing education, leadership, and academic administration. His teaching and research interests include Mental Health Nursing and Applied Psychology. He has published several articles in national and international journals. He has organized and contributed to many workshops and conferences in psychiatric nursing. He has served as a paper setter for various universities. This book reflects his academic expertise and clinical insight in mental health nursing. Prof. A. Vimala

Prof. A. Vimala, currently serves as the Principal of Sri Venkateswaraa Nursing College, Sri Venkateswaraa University, Redhills, Chennai. She holds a B.Sc. in Nursing from Rani Meyyammai College of Nursing, Annamalai University, and an M.Sc. in Psychiatric Nursing from Meenakshi College of Nursing. She is presently pursuing a Ph.D. at MAHER University. In addition, she holds a Master’s degree and an M.Phil. in Psychology. With over 22 years of combined clinical and teaching experience, she has taught diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate nursing students. She has worked in various institutions and has served as an examiner for nursing programs under multiple universities and boards. She has published research articles, presented papers at scientific forums, and contributed as a resource person at national conferences.
