Punam Kumari: She holds an M.Sc. in Nursing (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) and is working as an Associate Professor at Shivalik Institute of Nursing, Bhattakuffer, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. She has over 11 years of experience in academics, bringing a deep commitment to advancing nursing education and patient care. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Swami Devi Dyal College of Nursing, Golpura, Barwala, Panchkula, under Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. She earned her Master of Science in Obstetrical and Gynaecological Nursing from Saraswati Nursing Institute, Dhianpura, Kurali, District Roopnagar, Punjab, under BFUHS. After post-graduation, she continued contributing to academia by guiding numerous B.Sc. Nursing and Post Basic Nursing students in research and evidence-based practice. Over the years, she has published multiple research articles and co-authored nursing textbooks. She has also presented research papers at national-level conferences, reflecting her ongoing commitment to scholarship and professional development.

Haobijam Madhubala Devi, is a dedicated Nursing Academician Specializing in Obstetric and Gynecological Nursing, currently serving as Professor at the Jagannath Gupta Institute of Nursing Sciences, Kolkata, West Bengal. She completed her B.Sc. Nursing (2004–2007) from Gwalior Nursing College, Gwalior Madhya Pradesh and her M.Sc. Nursing (2009–2011) from Sophia Nursing College Gwalior Madhya Pradesh. She is presently pursuing her Ph.D. and has accumulated 16 years of rich teaching experience in nursing education. Prof. Haobijam Madhubala Devi has published several research articles, review papers, and patents, reflecting her strong academic and research involvement. She has also served as a trainer at the National Reference Simulation Centre and was an active member of the University Academic Association at SGT University Gurugram Haryana. Her professional contributions include organized and participated in various Faculty Development Programs, Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) programs, workshops, seminars, and national and international conferences. She has acted as an External Examiner for M.Sc. Nursing and B.Sc. Nursing in various universities and colleges and has actively contributed to collaborative and individual research initiatives.

Pallavi Dixit, is M.Sc. Nursing in OBG working as an Assistant Professor at ANM TC Aliganj Lucknow. She has 7+ year of teaching experience in both academic ad clinical setting. I bring a deep commitment to Advancing Nursing education and patient care.
