With a total of 7 years of experience in teaching and clinical settings. She started her Professional Career in 2013. She has guided many B.Sc. & M.Sc. Nursing students at the research level. She has more than 5 publications. She is a member of the “Indian Association of Neonatal Nurses” and the “Trained Nurses’ Association of India”. Ms. Minakshi Rana, M.Sc (N), currently hold the position of Assistant Professor at Swakar College of Nursing, Sarkaghat, Distt. Mandi( Himachal Pradesh). She has completed M.Sc Nursing ( Child Health Nursing) from Shimla Nursing College, Shimla shurala, Himachal Pradesh. She has 5+ teaching experience. She teaches child Health Nursing, Nursing administration and Nursing Research to undergradute students. She has also published numerous research paper in National and international journals. She has been imparting guidance to undergradute Nursing students in their research project.
