About the Book

Foundation Foundation of Nursing – II (FON) has been developed to support the teaching learning needs of B.Sc. Nursing students in their second semester, providing them with a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles of nursing practice. As nursing continues to evolve in response to advances in healthcare, technology, and patient expectations, it becomes essential for learners to strengthen their foundational knowledge and clinical competencies.

This book is designed to help students acquire essential skills related to advanced nursing procedures, infection control, aseptic techniques, patient assessment, therapeutic communication, and the scientific rationale behind nursing interventions.
