Dr. Meno Shubhranshu Deep, working as Dean cum Principal in Heritage Institute of Healthcare Professionals in Varanasi is completed GNM & OT Technique in 1995, P. B. B. Sc. in 2007, M. Sc. Nursing in 2010, PhD in 2022, P. G. Diploma on Guidance & Counseling in 2023. He is a seasoned nursing leader with 27 years of experience, combining 10 years of clinical expertise with 15 years of academic leadership blending clinical expertise and academic leadership. They have served in hospitals and nursing colleges situated in urban and rural areas as staff nurse, OT incharge, lecturer, Assistant Professor, Professor as well as Nursing Director. Dr. P Vanaja, M.Sc.(N), MBA (HM), MA (DM), PhD (N), PGDCA, is working as a Senior Nursing Tutor, College of Nursing, Madras Medical College, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Specializing ln Medical Surgical Nursing. She is deeply  committed to teaching, research, nursing education, management &  administration, and also interested doing research in all speciality areas . She has totally 31 years of experience in Nursing field. She holds a Diploma, B.Sc. M.Sc., and PhD in Nursing from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Dr. Vanaja  began her clinical career as a staff nurse at exteemed Institutions at SRIHER, OBG in Egmore, and RSRM Govt. Hospital at chennai  and started her teaching journey at the School of Nursing, Thanjavur Medical Hospital, She served in various academic leadership roles, including Tutor, coordinator, Vice- Principal, and Principal in reputed government nursing insitiutions.

Anoopjith G Nair, He is graduated from Swamy Vivekananda College of Nursing in Bangalore, Karnataka, and subsequently received a bachelor of science in nursing from the Rajiv Gandhi university of Health Sciences. Because of an interest in cardiac nursing and teaching, Mr. Anoop earned a master of science in nursing specialized in Medical surgical Nursing from Canara college of Nursing, affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. Later Mr. Anoop worked as Senor tutor in Deomogra school of Nursing, Nandurbar and he embraced the opportunity to hold position of Assistant Professor in Institute of Nursing Education, SME, CPAS, Nedumkandam. Currently Mr. Anoop works as Associate Professor in Institute of Nursing Education, SME, CPAS, Pathanamthitta. During this period Mr. Anoop earned masters of arts in Sociology and post graduate diploma in disaster management from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
