Dr. Umesh Nandgaon

Dr. Umesh Nandgaon:- He is Currently working as an Assistant Professor at KAHER (KLE) Institute of Nursing Sciences, Belagavi. He completed his B.Sc. and M.Sc. (Nursing) from KLE University, Belagavi, and his M.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Madras. He earned his Ph.D. (Nursing) from JJT University, Rajasthan, and has also completed Training of Trainers (TOT) in Simulation-Based Education at SGT University, Gurgaon. With over 12 years of teaching experience, He has strong expertise in Pediatric Nursing and Nursing Education. He has guided several postgraduate nursing students, published research articles in national and international journals, and holds a patent. He has also presented numerous papers and posters, winning best poster awards at several conferences. He has served as a resource person for guest lectures and has been actively involved as an organizer and member in various conferences, workshops, and seminars. He is recognized not only for his academic contributions but also for his ability to guide and inspire students to excel as nursing professionals and as individuals in life.

Mrs. Priyanka G:- She is a Lecturer at KAHER (KLE) Institute of Nursing Sciences, Belagavi. She completed her B.Sc. Nursing from Government College of Nursing, KIMS, Hubbali and her M.Sc. Nursing from Shri B M Patil Institute of Nursing Sciences, Vijayapur. She is presently pursuing her Ph.D. in Nursing at KAHER University, Belagavi. With more than nine years of academic experience, she has developed expertise in Pediatric Nursing and has guided several postgraduate nursing students in their dissertations. She has authored and published research articles in reputed National and International journals, in addition to presenting papers and posters at various scientific forums, where she has also received Best Poster Awards. She has been actively involved as an organizerand member in numerous conferences, workshops, and seminars. Recognized for her academic contributions and mentorship, she continues to inspire students and peers alike through her commitment to teaching, research, and professional excellence.
