Dr. P Vanaja is M.Sc.(N), MBA (HM), MA (DM), PhD (N), PGDCA, ls a distinguished Nursing professional with a multifaceted academic and clinical background, Specializing ln Medical Surgical Nursing, she is deeply committed to teaching, research, nursing education,management & administration, and also interested doing research in all speciality areas . She has totally 31 years of experience in Nursing field.Her qualifications span across Nursing, English Literature, Hospital and Disaster Management, and Computer Applications, making her an Interdisciplinary expert, She holds a Diploma, B.Sc. M.Sc., and PhD in Nursing from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Dr. Vanaja began her clinical career as a staff nurse at exteemed Institutions at SRIHER, Institute of OBG in Egmore, and Govt. RSRM Hospital at chennai and started her teaching journey at the School of Nursing, Thanjavur Medical Hospital, She served in various academic leadership roles, including Tutor,coordinator, Vice- Principal, and Principal in reputed Government Nursing Insitiutions.she actively engages in public health concern through the health talk and consultant roles.she has published numerous research articles in reputed Journals including pub med,scopus,web of science and involving in patent and inventions and also showing her dedication to nursing service and science in a excellent way.

Dr. S. Sujatha is Ph.D (N) and a distinguished academician, researcher, and nursing leader with over two decades of experience in nursing education, pediatric nursing, and academic administration. She currently serves as Professor & Head, Department of Child Health Nursing, and Additional Vice-Principal at the College of Nursing, Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Puducherry. Dr. Sujatha actively contributes to the profession as a reviewer, editorial board member, associate editor, and contributory editor for reputed nursing journals. She is a life member of several professional bodies including TNNMC, TNAI, Sigma Theta Tau International, and the Indian Association of Neonatal Nurses. Her academic vision emphasizes quality nursing education, research excellence, leadership development, and compassionate pediatric care, making her a respected figure in nursing education and scholarship. She is a recognized guide in multiple phd and post graduate research work. Dr. Sujatha Sukumar who enjoys teaching and writing especially for nursing students. Her work focuses on making research concepts easy to understand for nursing students, especially in nursing research. She focuses on simplifying complex research concepts for nursing students, with an emphasis on exam-oriented and evidence based learning.
