Prof. Mr. G. Elango:- Working as a Professor cum Vice Principal at Revathi College of Nursing, Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur, Tamilnadu. M.Sc. Nursing in Medical-Surgical (Cardio Vascular & Thoracic Nursing) from M.G.R. Medical University, Tamil Nadu, and an M.A. in Sociology from Madras University. He has also completed various certifications including Computer Applications, Imaging in Medicine (UK), Occupational Health & Safety (Germany), as well as short-term courses in Biostatistics, Acupressure, and AI research tools, reflecting his multidisciplinary expertise. With broad experience in both clinical and academic settings, he has taught in reputed nursing institutions across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Punjab. He has authored and published numerous national and international research articles, contributed chapters to advanced nursing practice textbooks, authored a book on nursing education and technology, and holds a patent for an Automated Device for Detecting Air Bubbles and Occlusions in Intravenous Infusion Lines. In addition, he is the founder of www.wearenurses.org, a dedicated platform created to share updated nursing knowledge, evidence-based practices, and to promote professional growth with a positive attitude within the nursing community.

Ms. Samundeeswari Jothiprasath:- Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing. She is working at Sri Venkateswaraa University, Sri Venkateswaraa Nursing College, No.51, GNT Road ( NearNallur Toll Plaza ), Redhills, Chennai-600067. She has 5 years of teaching experience with a strong academic foundation and passion for nursing education. Her interests include teaching, research, and writing, with a commitment to advancing clinical practice. She has published 3 research articles in indexed (PubMed, Scopus) and non-indexed journals.She has contributed in framing University question papers in Nursing Foundation and examiner in Medical-Surgical Nursing. She has actively participated in various International and National workshops, conferences and seminars. Beyond academics, she is an avid writer and a lifelong learner. Professor C. Pearl Priyadharshini:- Mrs. C. Pearl Priyadharshini, M.Sc (N), M.B.A (HM), M.Phil, is working as a Professor at Sri Venkateshwaraa University, Sri Venkateshwaraa Nursing college No. 51 , GNT Road ( Near Nallur Toll Plaza ), Redhills, Chennai - 600078 a distinguished nursing professional with 12 years of experience in Medical-Surgical Nursing. She has a deep passion for sharing knowledge and expertise in the field of nursing. Through her work, she aims to promote excellence in nursing practice, education, and research, while also providing valuable insights and guidance to students and healthcare professionals. She has published some articles and books of nursing. She has served as a resource person in the pre-summit workshop conducted at the Tamil Nadu Health Skills Summit 2025 and has organized as well as conducted several national and international workshops and conferences.
