Dr. Ullas Udayan, DBA, MBA, MSN, CPHQ, CLSSBB, FISQua, is a distinguished healthcare leader, academician, Healthcare quality expert and a clinical researcher with recognized expertise in Healthcare research methodology, applied biostatistics, healthcare operations, and system-level performance improvement. He completed his graduation from Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh, and his Post Graduation in Mental Health Nursing from VNSGU, Gujarat. He further earned an MBA in Healthcare Management from SGVU, Rajasthan and completed Doctor of Business Administration in Health & Hospital Management from the EIASM, Europe. With over 14 years of multidisciplinary experience, he has successfully integrated clinical practice, academic research, and healthcare operational excellence to deliver measurable improvements in quality, safety, and efficiency. His academic and professional journey reflects a strong commitment to nursing empowerment through research, education, and system transformation, while simultaneously advancing leadership-driven operational excellence within complex healthcare environments. Dr. Ullas has received advanced training and international exposure through globally reputed institutions including ISQua (Ireland), JCI (USA), AACI (USA), IHI (Boston), AHA (USA) WHO, CAHO, CDC, NABH and other Government of India–affiliated bodies. As a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSSBB), and Fellow of ISQua (FISQua), he brings deep expertise in clinical audit, patient safety science, process optimization, and data-driven healthcare management. Currently serving as Chief Nursing Officer and Hospital Quality Head at Smt. Rasilaben Sevantilal Shah Venus Hospital-Gujarat, he leads multidisciplinary teams, mentors students and professionals, and guides research, accreditation, and operational improvement initiatives. His academic vision is centered on developing research-competent, analytically empowered nursing professionals capable of influencing clinical outcomes, organizational performance, and healthcare policy through evidence-based leadership.

Dr. Shikha Shrivastava completed her graduation from College of Nursing CHRI, Gwalior, Jivaji University and post graduation in Nursing from Jabalpur institute of nursing Science and Research Center, RDVV University Jabalpur, Madhya Pardesh, she completed her PhD from Tantia University Rajasthan. She has 24 years of working experience in various nursing institutions. Currently she is working as a Principal, in IES College of Nursing, under IES University Bhopal, MP. She is a lifetime membership of TNAI. She is a BOS Member in Govt & private university. She has Written a book on Burn Manage for nursing students. She has published many Research papers and Articles in Various journals. She is a external examiner and guide at various Universities. She trained trainer for faculty development programmes and counselor. She has organized many National and International conference,workshop/seminar and webinars related to nursing profession and has participated as resource person in many national and international conference, workshop/seminar and webinars.

Dr. Uma V is working as an Associate Professor in Medical Surgical Nursing department at Mother Theresa Postgraduate and Research Institute of Health Sciences (Govt. of Puducherry), Puducherry. she has been in this field for the past 20 years. Published five patents, received more than 20 awards for her outstanding activities and dedication, devotion in the field of education , research, administration , health to nurture and shape the future of students, research, faculties and education system across the world. Received best poster presentation at 11th International conference organized by Apollo college, Best Teaching award from MTPG & RIHS, Topper Award on Successfully completing of soft skill from NPTEL (funded by ministry of HRD, Govt on India), Academic Achiever Award 2014 and Gold Medal in M. Sc Nursing. Undergone more than 10 special training courses and written a Book chapter titled “ educational robots” in 2023. Has Been a resource person at various national and international conferences and published more than 25 research articles at various journals. Organized state level short term training courses on development of nursing services by Govt of India and also being a Centralized Admission Committee Member in Puducherry and Life member in Trained Nurses Association in India, Critical Care Society Mumbai, India and Research India Foundation , Odisha
