Ms. Jasbir Kaur is an Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing with over 13 years of academic excellence in nursing education, research, and innovation. She currently serves at Swami Vivekanand Subharti Nursing College, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. She holds a Post basic B.Sc. Nursing from Maharishi Markandeshwar (Deemed to be University), Mullana, Ambala, and an M.Sc. Nursing from Sukhmani College of Nursing, Derabassi, Punjab, affiliated with Baba Farid University of Health Sciences and Research. A dedicated educator and researcher, she has mentored numerous B.Sc. and M.Sc. Nursing students in research and evidence-based practice, and has published multiple research papers in reputed national and international journals. Her work reflects a strong commitment to advancing nursing science, with several patents and innovative contributions in the nursing field. S MISRA COLLEGE OF NURSING, T.S MISHRA UNIVERSITY, Amausi, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh with a multifaceted academic background, Specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing, she is deeply committed to teaching, research, nursing education, management & administration and also interested in doing innovative research work and patent designing. She has total 6 years of experience in nursing field. Ms. Priyanka kumari is currently working as an Associate Professor at RPIIMS College of Nursing, Karnal, with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing. She has an overall professional experience of more than 9 years in nursing education and clinical practice. She commenced her nursing career by completing her General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from Zonal Hospital, Mandi during the period 2009–2013. Subsequently, she pursued her Post Basic Bachelor of Science in Nursing from APCN, Zirakpur from 2013–2015. With a strong academic inclination and teaching orientation, she further advanced her qualifications by completing her Master of Science in Nursing (Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing) from RPECON, Mohali during 2017–2019. Throughout her professional journey, she has been actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate nursing education, student mentoring, curriculum implementation, and academic development. She has participated in various seminars, workshops, and professional development programs and has contributed meaningfully to nursing education. Her areas of interest include nursing education, women’s health, evidence-based nursing practice, and the academic growth of nursing students.
