Mr. Nitin Jeengar is a devoted nursing academician and researcher, currently working towards his PhD through his appointment as a Research Scholar within the Department of Nursing of Sai Tirupati University, Udaipur. His postgraduate qualification includes M.Sc. in Mental Health Nursing, which signify his intense knowledge of nursing practices within psychiatric settings, patient care, and mental wellness. More than this, he has completed his Higher National Diploma in Health Care Management from GBS Dubai, which has widened his knowledge domain concerning healthcare management. Currently, he is associated with Geetanjali College of Nursing as an Assistant Professor, where he is actively involved in teaching, guiding, and developing nursing students. His method of teaching is very practical, and he also emphasizes evidence-based practice to enhance the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills of the students. He is very much interested in mental health teaching, research, and development in nursing. He always endeavors to inculcate ethical nursing practice, critical thinking, and holistic patient care in nursing students and practicing nurses, thereby bringing about excellence in nursing practice.

Dr. Poornaveni Kesavan is a Senior Nursing Academician, PhD holder, currently working as Principal and Head of Psychiatry Nursing at Santosh Institute of Nursing and Research, Bangalore, with 22 years of combined Clinical and Academic experience, including International exposure across India, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia. She is an accomplished Cognitive Behavior Therapist with recognized expertise in Psychiatric Nursing, academic leadership, and curriculum development. She has published research papers in peer-reviewed National and International journals and has served as a guest speaker at academic and professional conferences, contributing actively to the advancement of Mental Health Nursing Education and practice.

Ms. Shivani Bhadouriya, She is an M.Sc. Nursing graduate in Mental Health Nursing currently working as Assistant Professor at Panna dhai Maa Subharti Nursing College Meerut U.P .She has 5 years of experience in academic teaching and clinical practice, demonstrating a strong commitment to nursing education, patient care, and professional development. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from DAVV university followed by Master of Science in Nursing from Malwanchal University After post-graduation, she has been actively involved in teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate nursing students and guiding them in research, clinical skills, and evidence-based practice.
